I need a Tshirt designer, 2xCustomz

I own a small business designing sneakers and I do graduation caps seasonally, but I want my shirt design to have something that represents art and like saving the earth. I want it to have a meaning but still be something to catch peoples eye and want them to buy it. I'm also apart of the LGBTQ+ and most of my logos and things i post on my business page show that.
