I need a Tshirt Designer

We are a race team. We need a new design for our shirts that we want. I have attached the design of what we currently have. We want to either make it super cool and add some type of flag, maybe a line through the TBR, Town Brothers Racing, we also would do something cool in the background. Anything to make us stand out!
