I need a T-Shirt designer

Looking for a T-shirt to be made for a chiropractic practice. I do not want the emphasis to be the chiropractic services but more so the name of the practice UPGRADE. I would love for the shirt to read: UPGRADE your vibe. I have done a previous T-shirt that read: UPGRADE your attitude. I will show an example of previous shirt. I just want something fun and a conversation starter for UPGRADE. I have also attached the logo for the upgrade font. The logo does not need to be included in shirt
