I need a T-Shirt Designer

I run a military apparel company and am looking on some design ideas for some new shirts. I have some ideas of what I want and some examples of work others tried to do for me but it just wasn’t quite what I wanted. My company name is “ Forged For War” and I’m wanting a design with a grim reaper hitting an anvil with a hammer with the name of the company around it. I want it be a subtle but sleek looking design so no flashy colors or lettering and I want it to be a very detailed grim reaper who appears to be laughing. I want the colors to be white so it looks good on a black t-shirt. I’ll attach the work I had done. The way I want the lettering done is correct on the example I’m sending as are the colors but I don’t like how little detail the grim reaper has and I want him to hold the hammer up in the air higher. I don’t want it to look like clip art mashed together. I’m sending some art work that isn’t my own to serve as an example for how much detail I’d like on the Skelton I hope someone is able to assist.
