I need PDF Document Coverted to Word and Cleaned Up

I have a 29 page PDF contract that I want to make generic and editable. I do not need any images or tables. I want it in word. Most of it can be converted to Word by simply saving the document from PDF to Word. The real work is then cleaning it up so it is formatted in a consistent way. This should take approximately 1-2 hours. I am willing to pay up to $30 if it can be turned around in 24 hours. I have attached an example of how I want it formatted. It is the first couple of pages.
