I need a Kajabi Specialist
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
Hi we are a charity looking for a Kajabi website to help us promote an event called PTSD Busters - which is a community event to assist the Northern Rivers residents of Australia who were recently subjected to severe flooding and lost their homes etc.
The project needs:
- a logo for "PTSD Busters"
- a mini website which does the things below
- a video at the top describing the upcoming event
- a description of the 8 week PTSD Busting event that we will be offering for free to all people who were impacted by the floods (normally costs $497 pp)
- a sign up mechanism (for face to face attendance or zoom link - so they need to get both options so they can select which one)
- Zoom integration to send them the zoom link once they register
- emails to confirm their chosen booking (face to face or zoom) and well as the ability for us to communicate with them by a funnel leading up to the event and post event
- a link to a payment gateway (stripe and paypal) as we will offer the recorded sessions on a paid $497 course basis (one class per week for 8 weeks) for non-flood victims so maybe the offering is always $497 but they have a CODE say FLOOD or PTSDBUSTER to get it FREE (this needs to be free until the event starts then the code needs to not make it free anymore)
- we need them to click a waiver before their sign up is accepted and acknowledged
- for those who cannot attend live or to the zoom- we need to be able to send the 8 weeks training to them by email ( one class per week, automated send out and this will be the way the PAID version of the content will also be served, after the FREE event is concluded and we offer this as a paid course thereafter)
- the ability to send them all emails with videos embedded with testimonials from the event and future further offers
- a testimonial video section on the bottom of the page
- maybe a community plug in where course participants once signed up can talk with other participants and the teachers/organisers?
So to sum it up
- logo
- take bookings for live and zoom events (with waiver at sign up to be accepted as part of sign up)
- collect email/phone in a crm for funnel development
- community plug in (ideal if possible, but not essential if too hard)
- ability to share videos on the page (ie so we can upload testimonials)
- abillity to take payment for course and also give it free (eg via a DISCOUNT CODE maybe?)
- the live zoom details supplied to the participant
- 8 week recorded course to be delivered by the system, one course per week for 8 weeks after each session
