I am looking for a graphic designer to build a template for my team.
I work in a commercial real estate brokerage, and often, we need to put together a quick (but visually appealing) summary of a property. Ideally, we worked with a designer to make 1 - 2 shell templates that my team can then utilize and edit on our own specific on the property going forward. The idea of information we would be including is as below.

2. Location Overview
3.Opinion of Value
4. Marketing Strategy
5. Marketing Strategy
6. Our Team / Track Record
