I need a Fashion designer

i am looking to start a clothing line and i need someone who can follow directions and create the best of the best for me. The line will be unisex so that men and women of all sizes will look good in it. I am looking for reasonable prices and if I am satisfied, I am looking to hire permanently and build a great friendship. You must be able to draw and understand specific details and be able to pay attention to details. Being able to sew is a plus. The design I have included is something similar to what i want but I would have to explain to you in detail how it should really look.
