I need a Disney style graphic designer

Hello, I'm working on a story book for my girlfriend and she's a major Disney fan. I have the story written but i want to add illustrations on each page to further tell the story. The structure i have in mind is a sentence or two per page and the illustration fills the entire page. I would like to create a new Disney character of my girlfriend and the style im looking to achieve is like Frozen, Moana, Encanto and Tangled.
