mobile app Brochure in arabic language

I am looking for a professional designer to design me a brochure for my mobile app. I will provide him with screenshots and any material he needs. the idea of my mobile app is to help people to search about nearest doctor (physician) in their area and make an appointment and see the doctor profile , rating and others comments.
I have know ideas what should be in the brochure and how to presents.
the designer must know arabic .I attached a sample of intended work that I am planning to see my brochure looks like.
