I am looking for a freelancer who can create a residential building marketing brochure for me. The brochure should include a site location map made from Google Maps, as well as other important details such as the floor plan.
Size: The desired size for the brochure is preferably A3, so that it can be folded and made into a 4-page brochure.
Color Scheme/Design: I do not have a specific color scheme or design in mind, so I would like the freelancer to suggest one that would work well for the project.
Level of Detail: The building and floor plans should be detailed, including room labels and dimensions.
