My project is to have handmade hairbands made. I'm looking for someone who is experienced in this craft and can create beautiful bands with fabric. I require 20 of these hairbands to be made per day. Specifically, the designs are to be headbands, and instructions will be provided about the materials and design. I require these items to be of a high quality and the initial quantity needed is large. Experience in crafting in this type of product is a must.
