I'm looking for a social media manager that is great with design

I'm looking for a social media manager that can create engaging posts for Facebook and Instagram and put out 3-4 posts per week. I would like the posts to be scheduled and able to be reviewed before being posted. The pay / job is on a monthly basis.

Social media manager must:
- Be good at grammar
- Be able to design amazing posts
- Know how to create engaging posts
