I am looking for a photoshop expert to design my letterhead

Actually I already have the content of the letterhead, I've already designed it. Please see attached file below. I just need you to implant it on a word document to make it the imprint of the letter head as I meant to write this as a love letter to my girlfriend. I need this done quickly like in 1 hour. Please bid if you can do it. I need the photo attached below to be made into a letterhead. If possible, image is transparent so words can be seen.
