looking for long term designer

We are building a new software for the infrastructures construction industry. The software manage data and measure KPIs relevant to the industry.

We are looking for an UI/Visual designer to design screens for this new software. The visual designer will be working with the UX Product Manager. She/he will be working with the wireframes defined by the UX Product Manager. We also have a branding and visual look& feel for the product.

The role of the visual designer will be to translate the wireframes into final beautifully designed screens that meets usability needs (readability, hierarchy of elements…) and matches the product brand.

What defines the software UI is complexity: there is high density of data and complex interactions. The language of the product is closer to a software than to an app. 

What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in similar projects: software, complex digital platforms… someone who knows the language and rules of this kind of product
- Proactivity
- Someone that can organize the work by themselves and work independently

- Someone used to work in an iterative environment. We are evolving the software, so the visual designer will be willing to adjust and make changes to the screens as we evolve the software functionality.
- Someone used to work in a fast paced rhythm and design high quality screens.

We will start with a test task. For the test we will ask you to design of one screen, based on the wireframes and following the product brand.
