logo on word document

I currently already the logo. I need to have the logo put on a word document as the company header with the logo in all black on left hand corner along with the company's address next to it.
the address should read on the header:

(COMPANY LOGO) The Cake House Cleveland LLC
2150 West 117th St. #1313
Cleveland, OH 44111
