layout artwork for banner

I need help laying out some artwork for a simple banner the artwork will be uploaded to signs365. I just need someone to get everything correct for me I have artwork and is pretty simple. my only request is that it is done today. The pictures that I uploaded are as follows the first one is hey photograph which is to be made slightly transparent at about 40% opaque and the southern structures bitmap is what the logo is going to look like and needs to be incorporated into the sign in the middle like a circular pattern and then the last house picture needs to be superimposed on the original first picture. make the first picture look like it has the house on it if that makes sense
