layout arabic 8 pages provided text and a small image

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to layout an 8-page document for me. The text and one small image has already been provided; so I just need someone to get the job done! The desired layout style is traditional, the paper to be used is glossy and the printing technique should be laser printing. The layout of the document should be produced to a professional standard and to my specification.
Must be highly proficient in producing layout design, especially with the ability to work with Arabic text. An eye for layout and design is also essential, as this document must look visually appealing and be highly professional in appearance.
