I am looking for a designer to create fashionable dresses for pre-teens. My parameters are loose, meaning the designer will have the creative freedom to come up with the style for the garments, taking into account the age group of pre-teens. I hope to find someone who is able to create a sophisticated kid-friendly look. I am expecting the designer to come up with designs for initial samples and to be open to revisions regarding minor details.
