keepsake Booklet

I need someone to design a keepsake booklet with mainly headlines in the pages for example, the big news, announcements, 1month old , etc, and some blank pages to stick photos on. total approx 40 pages. i have the table of content ready, my logo is ready, and i will attach a photo of how i want my cover design.
