IP intercom unit design

I'm looking for someone to help with designing an IP intercom unit for residential use that features both audio and video capabilities, powered by mains. The unit should preferably be stylish, intuitive to use, and have a modern look and feel. The chosen designer should also be comfortable with designing similar projects in the future.
