AI integration for for new website using OpenAI API

I want to build a project from scratch that enables any user to go on the website and fill out a short questionnaire that registers their interests and things they like doing. Upon doing so, they will have the option to have a specific itinerary built for them for a specific day(s), time frame, price range or it can be built without any filters. I would also like the option to allow for there to be a one payment system that can be used to book these activities. I am looking for an expert who can code this and bring it to life.
