iconography graphics

I am looking for a talented freelancer to design icon-like vector graphics for my project. I am looking for flat style icons or similar simple images in black and white (maybe grey too) and one key element in each graphic highlighted in our corporate colour. I need ten graphics all of a similar style that can be reduced to 2.5cm x 2.5cm and still work well. Ownership of the IP passes to me. Thanks!
