The work to be done is the following :
Create modern and uniform versions of these icons, in 128 x 128 pixels (for square icons) in png.
Then, from these files, create .ico file having exactly the same size as the original icon. (should be most 32 x 32 but needs to be checked case by case).
Also, ask for a very contemporary flat design. Maybe there is a newer trend again.
