iPhone Interaction List Screenshot Edit

I have a single iPhone screenshot that displays a scrolling list of interactions. Everything appearing inside one clearly marked section needs to disappear and be replaced so the finished image looks like it was never touched—same font, alignment, shadows and background texture. The rest of the screenshot must stay pixel-perfect.
