html5 banner

I'm looking for a creative designer to create an eye-catching and effective html5 banner for my project. The size of the banner needs to be 290x600 pixels and I would like it to utilize html5 animation. I need the banner to incorporate pictures and text in an attractive way that will make it stand out among the rest. The ideal designer needs to understand the importance of good visual design, paying close attention to the details and coming up with an innovative way to bring the design together. It is vital that the banner captures my message and reaches the target audience quickly and efficiently.
