I have some t shirt designs and logos that need tweaking -- 2

Hi, i have a handful of t shirt designs and a few logo designs that ive created in Photoshop, i didnt realise but i actually need them doing as vectors before sending off to print. I tried just converting the files but im still seeing the blurred edges when i zoom in when im in illustrator. Will they need doing from scratch in Illustrator? Ive uploaded a few examples of my designs. This could lead to an ongoing freelance job
