habbo Hotel Similar Game - OG Version 2003-2004?

I grew up playing Habbo hotel, and I have noticed that there are plenty of people who want to return to the game on how it used to be. I do not want to start a retro hotel however, I want to build a similar-looking game from scratch, to avoid any legal trouble and also to funny gain rights to the game itself.

I am not too familiar with what it would take to make this happen, but I have a good eye for design, which is a big part of the game looks, but not the function itself. I would like to work with someone long-term on this who has the ability to speak with me, communication is key, so you would have to master English for this to work.

I am potentially looking to hire someone for long-term employment for this project and would like to discuss the details with the potential coder through voice. I will ignore any auto-offers, so if you want this job position you would have to write to me personally, otherwise, I will not contact you.
