graphic designer with experience

I am looking for ONLY EXPERIENCE with educational background in graphic design for t shirt apparel and signs/banners. Must be able to produce 4 to 6 images an hour to make this work at 20 dollars an hour.

must know color separations, vectors for vynal and print. Pay is 20 dollars for 5 ish images. I have about 10 images a day usually.
