graphic designer needed for web banner ad graphics for real estate

i need someone to make some graphic designs for banner a real estate client.. We will supply you with the photos to use.
I will need you to...
1. Create 3 different design/layout ideas using the photos we give you
2. You will reformat each design/idea into two different sizes:
275x80 px
600x120 px
3. Once client chooses the design/layout they want you will supply up to 3 rounds of edits.

please send me a price to design this and turn time and any links of banners you made (If you have experience in real estate designs that would be best)
