graphic designer (m / f / d)

As a creative mind, it's your job to develop and tell the topics that inspire customers and keep the multi-channel brand young and up-to-date. You are supported by product development, our customer service and e-commerce management.
Your tasks:
• You are responsible for content creation and technical monitoring of all SEO-relevant factors on all sales channels
• You develop cross-channel graphic designer & social media and content strategies and implement them responsibly
• With target-group-oriented and relevant content for our e-commerce, you ensure that our conversion rate increases continuously
• You will identify innovative and relevant topics in the field of confectionery and chocolate and prepare them for marketing campaigns, social media and e-mail marketing
• You will support the creation and optimization of conversion-strong texts in our sales funnel
• You are responsible for coordinating and controlling the creation of images, graphics and videos for our social media channels
• Performance optimization of all measures in relation to traffic, sales and earnings
• You stay in contact with our service providers and agencies on the subject of content

We are looking for you if you ...
• Have completed a commercial or journalistic training or, alternatively, a degree with a focus on marketing, media or communication.
• You can show us that you have a feel for current topics and that you can deal with them in such a way (especially for social media, affiliate and blogs) that our customers spontaneously fancy chocolate get charge.
• Combine basic knowledge of CMS and analysis systems (at least Google Analytics, with a great interest in travel
• You don't wait for the work order, but want to surprise yourself with inspirations and clever initiatives.
