graphic design - make background transparent, give me image of both black and white

Hi I'd like a this design rendered in black and in white, both on transparent background. Basically on the image you see here, take out everything white and make it transparent. Then, once you've made that image, take it and make it white instead of black, so the same image in white on a transparent background. Thanks!
