I am looking for a graphic designer who can create logos and digital ads for various projects.
The ads are for my website www.changethecompany.com
You will see the base branding is black and gold.
The audience are corporate, business professionals Ages 30-60.
If possible, please provide a few original mock up designs with your bid so I can see your ability to take my rough ideas and add your creative vision to it.

I need the images in the rotating header changed on the website. I need images with more realistic images of real leaders within a business - so it doesn't just look like stock photo images, but real people of different types, dress etc. - people who could be seen as a leader within a business (i.e., not on a bike, and doesn't mean they need to be dressed in a suit and tie".

- Transparent backgrounds
Will need the original program files for all images including .eps

- The logos and digital ads should be eye-catching and attention-grabbing.
- I will provide specific details regarding the colors and fonts to be used in the design.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within the given timeframe.
