formatting, paperback layout design for a book

I'm looking for a freelancer who can help me with the formatting and paperback layout design for my book. The genre of the book is non-fiction, and I have some general ideas for the layout; however, I'm open to discussing possibilities with the designer in order to get the exact look I'm envisioning.
