IA for Graphic Design.

I'm looking for a Fullstack web developer experienced in Laravel and Flutter. The main aim of my website is to promote IA.
The only Idea of my app is to create an AI that users enter a prompt to create a Design (flyers, logo, banners) in few minutes. The AI will do the same thing like a Graphic Designer with Photoshop and Illustrator. The AI will create a quality and professional design for each prompt as if it's a Graphic Designer who made it.
I don't have a design prepared and would need help with this aspect, so having a good eye for design and UX would be a big plus.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Laravel and Flutter
- Able to help generate and implement design ideas
- AI generation.
- Familiar with creating websites for promotional purposes.
Experience with IA promotions specifically would be very beneficial. I value effective communication and welcome innovative ideas for the project.
