UX/Ui football website

Hello,
I am interested in building an UX website from scratch (only front-end part) for a new sport called Football Valah. Mainly, website will contain the game rules presentation (we need to redesign our old website - www.fotbalvalah.ro). Our intent is to present game rules on a web (not app) version (mobile, tablet and desktop). This website will pursue two main objectives:
a) attracting people (players) who want to practice this sport locally
b) attracting people (supporters/fans) who are interested in news, events, press official press releases applicable throughout the Wallachian football system.
We have to build 16 main screens (explaining game rules using and text and graphic elements) and 41 map screens (like a town/county "radiography" (counters) of players and suporters interested into playing/beeing in touch with this sport. If anyone is interested in register into our sistem, they will have to contact us using WhatsApp or FB Messenger). We`ll keep only a small fraction of mock-up images and the rest 90% of graphic elements needs to be created from scratch.
Website will also have an "Locations" section which will show to audience phisically map locations towards fotbal valah`s fields like here. Future format for our website we want to be like here and here . We can provide all materials including structure site.
By this time, we have already builded some images and videoes which will have to be used on our future website.Please study it and let me know if you would be interested into it. If you have any question I`ll be glad to assist you.
