flyer for a bistro (fuison tapas beach bar style)

Hello,
I need a flyer for the bitro: www.7seas.pt

The flyers can be quite simple from if possible it should bring over the ambiente of the place and show the logo quite clear....may be the back ground or part of the back ground is a foto that shows the place... the foto of the place can be changed into pencil style or black white or what ever you think makes sense. Just a idea guess you have better once ,,,hihih
´The flyers should state:
that we have breakfast lunch and dinner and cocktails.
That the food is fusion tapas
Food for Food lovers
Open from 9.00 to 21.00
Chill area, hammocks, kids play ground
The flyer will get used to be posted on walls ( public offices like police, fire fighter and so on) All public institution will get 10% discount on food.
it must have a solid sign 10% off food .
Those flyers are to hang up for the walls.
If possible maybe a second flyer for layout at stores and post boxes would be nice as well....this needs something catchy so it does not fly right away in the bin haha.... May be just the logo with some thing---
Style wise more direction elegant, fancy, hip... guess you know this better than me.
