flyer design

We are a student property company looking to buy new property via agents or direct from landlords. We get approached by agents regularly so would like to have a flyer outlining what sort of properties we are looking for.

Our flyer will be just one page and contain less information. We would like a similar map created to be in line with our brand.

I have the copy ready and can send over brand guidelines and logos etc. once a freelancer is chosen.
