floral fabric

I'd like to hire someone to create a floral design for fabric to be used on a settee. I'd like a sprinkling of flowers on the top of the settee and increasing to a lot on the bottom. So thinking I'd need fabric that starts with a few flowers on top and increasing as you go down the 36 inches. so hard to explain
