fasion designer

I'm in need of a fashion designer to help bring my ideas to life. I'm looking for someone with experience in clothing design specifically for manufacturing purposes. I have ideas with what I envision however need someone who is skilled in quality and fabrics, as this needs to be made well through trial and error. I'm envisioning creative looks that can easily be converted into a sample collection for production. I need this complete within 1 month or more.
