fashion designer tech pack

I am looking to create tech packs for a variety of dress designs. It is important for the tech packs to be highly detailed so I am looking for someone to include all the details including variations, labeling, packaging, fabrication details as well as stitching techniques. I have a rough idea of the style and era that should inspire the designs, however I need the designer to bring in their expertise and interpret my ideas to help create eye-catching designs.
