fashion designer and brainstorming

I'm looking for an experienced fashion designer to help me create modern designs based on samples that I have already purchased. The products that I am designing are ladies clothing. My ideal designer will have a great understanding of modern fashion and be able to take my samples and turn them into creative designs that perfectly capture the modern style I'm aiming for. The successful outcome of the project will be a range of modern fashion designs that I can translate into production.
