evening dress

I'm looking for a talented designer who can create a dress for special occasions for my daughter. The style of the dress should be elegant and classic, but also modern and trendy. It should suit the existing chiffon fabric that I am providing and be in purple with a painting gold border. My budget for the dress depends on the design and can be discussed. The fabric is 42" wide x 200" long. It is dark purple (hard to see on top of white). A picture is attached. My daughter is a size 6 or 8.
