ev.energy proposal tuneup

My company ev.energy submits proposals to business partners in the power and energy space. I'm looking for help to reconfigure my proposal into a more compelling layout design, starting in MS Word or Google Docs, and returning an editable product. I'd like to get quick-turn samples or see your trial design so that I can choose a longer-term partner.
