We are seeking an experienced Storyline 360 professional with strong graphic design skills to design and develop a library of interactive eLearning assets. These assets will be visually engaging, customizable, and aligned with our strict design templates. They will support us in incorporating more interactivity into our learning resources while retaining graphical consistency across courses hosted in Articulate Rise 360.
This position is based in Europe.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging Storyline 360 assets that are easily customizable, visually interesting, and in line with our established design standards. This role is crucial for enhancing the interactivity of our learning materials while maintaining a consistent visual style across our resources.
Additionally, the candidate may help create video templates in other software packages (for example Camtasia and Colossyan), contributing to the development of consistent, high-quality video content that aligns with our overall design.
You will collaborate closely with TM Forum SMEs from the Training and Accreditation team, as well as the Marketing team, and contractors from our network of trusted external consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a library of reusable, interactive Storyline 360 assets, adhering to our established templates and style guidelines. The assets must be easy to customize, adaptable, and scalable for future projects.
• Ensure all assets are visually engaging and can be easily integrated into eLearning projects hosted in Articulate Rise 360.
• Work with SMEs to create and enhance eLearning modules with interactive elements that engage a technical audience.
• Maintain graphical consistency across all learning resources while introducing interactive features to improve learner engagement.
• Suggest improvements and alternative approaches to increase interactivity and visual appeal without compromising design standards.
• Help create and design video templates to ensure consistency and engagement in video-based learning materials.
• Provide expertise in both instructional design and graphic design to ensure high-quality output.
• Ensure all Storyline 360 assets meet the required graphical consistency, branding guidelines, and interactivity levels.
Experience & Skills:
• Proven experience developing eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline 360. Ability to work within strict design templates, ensuring all content is graphically aligned across various projects.
• Experience working with Articulate Rise 360 and integrating Storyline 360 assets.
• Expertise in creating customizable, visually engaging assets that adhere to specific design templates.
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and LMS systems, ideally LearnUpon.
• Experience using animation and graphic creation tools to enhance eLearning content.
o Proficiency in Camtasia, Colossyan or similar video development tools for video template creation a significant benefit.
• Graphic design skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
