eBay Specialist Required to Improve 3 Stores Perfomances

I have three very plain eBay AU stores that need some enhancements to improve sales and performance. This includes:
- Create new logos for both stores
- Create banners for both stores
- Create Listing theme templates
- Apply product categories to the eBay stores
- Create photo templates & apply them ....add words "Aus Seller" and "Fast Delivery"
- Revise the product headings to align to the most searched keyword
- Propose pricing
