UX development

I need a freelancer who can create wireframe for UI/UX development for an application. I have lots of data of students in terms of study time of each subject, topic and subtopics, educational progress on those parameters. Those students are part of school in different standards and different divisions. Now schools want to use this data and create different reports to assess strengths and weaknesses of the students, Assess teaching skills of the teachers through understanding of particular topic or subtopics. Comparison of different divisions of the standard. Identify top performers and low performers. I want freelance who can design UI and let me experience UX through wireframe. Freelancer should have good experience.
