Ui desiner for a wallpaper app

I am looking for a UI designer to create a bold and colorful wallpaper app with a focus on anime wallpapers. The ideal candidate will have experience designing user interfaces, with a strong understanding of color theory and typography. Specific features or functions are not required, as I am solely looking for UI design. The designer should be comfortable working with anime elements and creating a visually appealing layout.
