designs maker for my embroidery tshirt business

I am looking for a freelancer to create designs for my embroidery tshirt business. Specifically, I am looking for someone who can convert jpeg files to dst files with specific themes and concepts that I have in mind. I will need one design every 3rd day, and a total of 1-5 designs. The ideal freelancer should have knowledge or experience creating designs for embroidery tshirt businesses, and should be able to follow my instructions closely.
