UI/UX designer for an USA based EMR system

Minimum Job Requirements for a UI/UX Designer for a USA-Based EMR System:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or relevant certifications are also acceptable.
Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the healthcare or EMR domain. A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design and successful delivery of user-friendly interfaces is required.
Design Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or similar software.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UX/UI design.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
Knowledge of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across the application.
Familiarity with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices.
Understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines to create inclusive user interfaces.
User Research: Experience in conducting user research activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions. Ability to analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on user needs and feedback.
Interaction Design: Strong understanding of interaction design principles and ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Experience in designing user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
Visual Design: Proficiency in creating visually appealing designs that align with branding guidelines and industry trends. Ability to create engaging and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces while maintaining usability.
Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders. Ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in design deliverables. Ability to follow design guidelines and standards to maintain a cohesive and visually pleasing user experience.
